What makes them heads and shoulders above the rest is that they are honest with the assessment of your property and have the contacts needed to do any type of work that is necessary to get your property sold for top dollar. The photos taken for the listing were top notch in high definition and even included an aerial photo from I'd guess a drone. My home was listed on a Thursday, had two full price offers on Friday, but suggested I wait for the open house which was to take place on Saturday before making a decision. Low and behold an offer came in for 10k above asking! What more do I need to say! Funny thing was a neighbor down the street had their home on the market with another agent for 7 Months with no offers.
